I decided to replace the old tutorial with a better version, as I had several people coming to me with problems that the previous one didn't work too well with brown eyes. Hopefully this one will produce better results with eyes of any colour.
The best part is, you can apply as much or as little of this technique as you like, depending on what effect you're going for. If you want to keep your eyes looking somewhat realistic, stick to the advised presets in the tutorial or less. If you want them to stand out more or be more fantasy-looking, increase the presets or apply more with a brush. Please let me know what you think of the improvements!
